Where we started
PDFs were being emailed, and printed to stores across our store footprint. Information was outdated the second it was printed, leading to confusion, poor customer experience, and tons of rework at the HQ level.

Our Thinking
The first round solution was a digital solution for all information on a mobile-friendly website. This allowed for real-time updates, one source of truth, & flexibility for our employees to access their devices on demand.

As our first iteration grew in popularity there was an increased need for features, flexibility, content & access. From here we build an internal mobile app & desktop platform that accounted for the business's wealth of information and a familiar platform that store employees could easily relate to.
